Chicken Drive-In

Fantastic food, and well worth the reasonable wait to get it!! It's a good sign when a little restaurant like this is packed to the gills! There is walk up and drive up service; they have a wonderful system of taking orders while you are in line in your vehicle to keep things running smoothly! We visited on a hot day, and all the food temps were perfect-my salad and dressing was ice cold; hot food was plenty hot, and the staff is super friendly and efficient!! We are considering this our go-to restaurant when we have a Mountain Loop highway day trip planned again, or are in the area for any reasonPrices are very fair; they have a kids menu, a meatless burger plus salads and some sides that could work for those who are interested in meatless food-parking is pretty limited there, but people were making it work!

I rode the fence on if I wanted to give a 4 star or 3, but decided on 3 because of the last several visits. I truly enjoy the food at this location: garlic fries are by far my favorite and my husband loves the real fruit smoothies. However, they are getting pretty costly since the only thing they offer for meals are a couple basket options like fish and chips, shrimp and chicken strips. Everything is individually priced, which isnt uncommon for some of these local small establishments. Not a deal breaker. It was pretty weird the last time we came by for food. There was a person parked partially in the driveway to exit, totally blocking the view of traffic come thru the 4-way stop, and finding the exit. I drive a pretty large truck and struggled getting out because I also had a vehicle behind me. I asked the worker if they knew someone was parked in their driveway. His responce "oh yeah, we know him.. he parks like that all the time." Welp, you should probably ask them to stop seeing as it could be problematic for people exiting. Sadly, the customer service is HORRIBLE! Obviously, they hire a lot of youth because that seems to be a lot of the people working there. But its never "hi, how are you" its just a snap and more like annoyance from having to work and you being there.. you know what I mean. I don't bother tipping because of this. I feel bad at the same time because sure all of them arent like that. However, if you have a stank attitude you shouldn't be working the window and dealing with people in general. Food is great!

Food is pretty good and adaquate for what you are paying for. My ONLY gripe: Images show dipping sauce. The MENU even states dipping sauce included, (clams and fries) and it never is. They dont even ask if you want it, which I do. 1/4 lb burger is good and messy, so dont eat it in the car (or without a bib..lol) Everything Ive tried here has been good.

Always so awesome! I'd consider it one of the hearts of Lake Stevens. Sure it gets busy, but the workers bend over backwards to get you your order in a timely fashion. The food is high quality, milkshakes are the best in town, and I don't think you can go wrong with whatever you order off their surprisingly large menu. I love this place!

This place is a hidden gem! They have the BEST milkshakes and their burgers are delicious! I always get the pineapple milk shake with fresh pineapple The staff is always friendly and they are affordable. I just got food and milk shakes for my family of 5 for $80 including tip

If you are in or at Lake Stevens and want classic walk-up\Drive-thru burger’s and shakes this is the place. Burgers, Fried Chicken, Fish’n’chips, Teriyaki, Fries and Shakes. The only downside is the parking lot is shared with a shell station and the short drive-thru which backs up into the main street but if you’re at the nearby park walking up is the best option. I go for the burgers and shakes during the summer.

Love this place! Seriously eat there 3-4x a week! #2 bacon cheeseburger combo is my favorite!! Milkshakes are to die for and friendly service. A place I'll probably never get tired of. Only 4 stars because I've tried the chicken sandwich and think the chicken is to thin, just wasn't very filling so a little disappointed.

This place is great, everyone that works here is incredibly nice and always tries to move you along. Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get and everything is always piping hot and fresh! Orders are always correct, minus a few missing sauces sometimes. Definitely recommend!
